We have a very exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join a globally leading tech product company based in Melbourne.

You will be leading an Engineering Practice across APAC with teams in Australia, Malaysia and Hong Kong. This year and for the next 3 years is set to be the biggest transformation in their history. We are looking for Engineering Managers with a technical background to uplift capabilities and lead the team through the biggest tech and cultural change they have seen so far. Your teams will be technically mature and have the right mindset but as they embark on this mammoth journey they need a leader that can break down the road map into digestible chunks, whilst looking for ways to improve them technically, culturally and increase capacity and scalability as a high performing engineering practice.

They have an advanced AWS environment with all the services that the cloud offers, there is a DevOps mindset and a very strong quality first mentality. Everything is done with serverless & microservices.
