Our client is an insurance industry disruptor with a bespoke end-to-end technology platform which they build from the ground up. They are a highly successful startup moving into scale-up phase and have multiple product roadmaps in the pipeline.

As an Implementation Analyst you will be joining the technology team, and working closely with the product team to develop and maintain their bespoke insurance platform offering.
Requirements
Role responsibilities:
· Assist with on-boarding of new partners to the proprietary insurance platform.
· Assist in detailed planning of partner system integrations.
· Participate in requirements gathering workshops.
· Help with automated test creation / execution.
· Contribute to agile planning ceremonies.
· Coordinating delivery with various suppliers and partners
As an Implementation Analyst, you will have:
A strong background in financial services working as a Business Analyst (4 years+ preferred).
At least 2 years working on core Insurance projects (A MUST).
Strong technical data analysis skills with experience in Data/Business Analysis
Knowledge of Australian general insurance industry eg: policy management, underwriting & pricing implementations.
Previous experience on multiple end-to-end projects. You will be able to identify root causes and provide solutions.
Experience with system integrations.
Some familiarity working with API’s, XML / JSON etc.
Familiar with SQL and enterprise data structuring.
Experience with any programming language in order to build backend rules scripts
Experience working in an Agile environment.
